FishBait is a Christian event band and ministry located in the Redding area of northern California, and ministering through Christian music to all who will listen throughout northern California, southern Oregon and western Nevada.

Their original contemporary Christian music inspires both young and old. The heartfelt messages of their songs speak to people where they live - in the real world - pointing them to the One who loves us more than we can ever imagine. The band is dedicated to His honor and His glory.

FishBait is devoted to helping to spread the truth about the living God of all creation who declared to Moses that He is "I Am" which is a reference to God's eternal, omnipotent sovereignity.

We believe God is a love so big that in order for us to have even a limited understanding of it's completeness God represented Himself to us as the Trinity consisting of our Heavenly Father, the only begotten Son Jesus the Christ, and His Holy Spirit.

We believe Jesus was God in the flesh, the sinless perfect model of God's love, crucified on the cross for our sins, resurrected bodily on the third day and is coming back again. Jesus is the only way to the Father.

We believe the Holy Spirit is present in all who trust in Jesus and guides us to the truth of God's word.

We believe that God is not impressed with religious rules made by man but longs for an intimate loving relationship with everyone dispite thier flaws. Why? We were created by God to love God, and be loved by God. Each one God's favorite.

We believe everything good, from every breath and heartbeat to salvation itself is a gift from God. James 1:17
